What is your shipping policy?

Once you've placed your order, it normally takes 2-4 working days to prepare, pack and ship. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. Limumworks can not take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address being given. All Payments are processed via Paypal. You will be given the option to pay by credit card at Checkout.

DOMESTIC

We send all our orders from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL

Postage via Airmail anywhere in the world usually takes around 2 weeks. Miniatures are packed inside a tough padded envelope and large orders will be packed in a box.

SALES TAXES

Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

What is your return policy?

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian Dollars.

Are these lead miniatures?

These models and accessories may contain lead which may be harmfull if chewed or swallowed. They are not toys and are not recommended for young children.

How do I order wholesale?

We currently don't supply wholesale but if you are interested in stocking LimumWorks products please get in touch via the contact page.
